Foreign Command
Foreign Command is a consular services and diplomatic mission management platform for foreign ministries and their missions abroad.
01The problem
Each mission runs its own consular process and reports home on its own schedule. A citizen abroad in difficulty is located by phoning around. Passport and visa issuance at post does not reconcile with the national registry, and ministry oversight of missions depends on what each mission chooses to report.
02Capability
Consular Services
Passport, visa and citizen services delivered through every mission abroad.
Mission Coordination
Reporting and communication between missions and headquarters on one platform.
Citizen Registry
Overseas citizens tracked and reachable in an emergency.
Diplomatic Communications
Secure, auditable communication between post and home ministry.
04Use cases
- A passport issued at a mission reconciles against the national identity registry immediately.
- Citizens in an affected region are identified and contacted from the registry rather than from consular memory.
- Mission reporting reaches the ministry on one channel with an auditable record.
