Agriculture Command
Agriculture Command is an agricultural management information system covering farmer registries, subsidy distribution, harvest forecasting and supply chain tracking.
01The problem
Subsidy reaches the register rather than the farmer. Land, production and support records are held separately, so eligibility is verified against whichever list is nearest. Harvest forecasting depends on returns that arrive after planting decisions have been made, and produce is tracked from farm to reserve only in aggregate.
02Capability
Farmer Registry
Farmers linked to land, production and historical yield records.
Subsidy Distribution
Inputs and support distributed against verified eligibility criteria.
Harvest Forecasting
Production forecasts informing national food security planning.
Supply Chain Tracking
Produce tracked from farm gate to national reserve.
04Use cases
- Subsidy eligibility is verified against land and production history at the point of distribution.
- A harvest forecast is built from registered production data rather than from sampled returns.
- Produce is traced from farm gate to national reserve with the losses visible.
